Welcome to normal adult life. It is normal to find yourself, at some points in your life, feeling terrible and hitting the wall. Normal, but definitely not pleasant. And although it may be inevitable that you suffer emotional pain or run into problems you can't seem to solve, you do not have to remain stuck there.

Psychotherapy can help you approach your difficulty in new ways - ways that you simply cannot see from your current perspective, no matter how long you think about it.  And that opens up possibilities you couldn't see before.  My job is to help you build new capacity to meet the challenges in your life - so you can stop enduring your life and start enjoying it.
